✔ Limitation of practice to OMS/Head & Neck Surgery (Full Fellows)

✔ No general dentistry practice (Full Fellows)

✔ Hospital-based practice or academic position

✔ Adherence to professional standards

Full Fellows (FPFA)

Specialists limiting practice exclusively to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and related Head & Neck fields

REQUIREMENTS

Additional degree: MD, MDS, PhD, or Certificate
Exclusive practice in OMS/Head & Neck Surgery
No general dentistry practice
Meet credentialing requirements

Associate Fellows

Practitioners working towards Full Fellow status through additional training and credentials

Working towards additional credentials
Commitment to limiting practice to OMS

Trainee/Resident Members
